BBQ's & MORE - BBQ Classes
First Class - Sunday 7th April from 12 noon. The first class will be the BBQ Basics Solid Fuel Master Class.
The class will cover;
BBQ selection & uses
Fire management
Fuel Types (Woods/Charcoal/Briquettes)
Meat Selection & Trimming
Rubs & Sauces
Tastings of a variety of Smoked BBQ Meats & Sides accompanied by a selection of Rocky Knob craft beers
The class will take approximately four hours and will include cooking demonstrations on an offset smoker, pellet grill & direct grilling over charcoal on a weber kettle and charcoal grill.
Class held at Totara St - 11 Totara Street, hosted by Daza Skudder from Smoke N Hotrox and are supported by Local Brewery Rocky Knob.
Places are strictly limited to 16 people
Price: $129 per person, first 6 to book only $99 each.
