The Post Apocalyptic Ball

We all know the story.... Civilisation as we knew it ended in 2020 after a range of cataclysmic events. Mankind survived the moltenous rage of the volcano only for the great fires to reduce the landscape to a crisp sandy desolate ember. As the world slowly recovered a virus of unprecedented scope and proportion spread across the lands killing both young and old. Those that remained were reduced to angry riots and looting as sky rocketing unemployment, food scarcity and an oppressive police state took hold. The young and healthy were quickly summoned to join the armies of their respective nations as the super powers squared off. Billions lost their lives on battlefields and in their own homes as the bullets were fired and the bombs fell.

Finally when the corpses of the dead reanimated, humanity was officially vanquished. Except for in a little town in the Southern Hemisphere called Tauranga. A small out post of freedom fighters who survived the apocalypse due to a shared love of good music, beer and awful dancing. It is with them that the future of humanity lies....

So come join the Tauranga Music Sux Freedom Fighters at the first annual Post Apocalyptic Ball held in the rubble of the once prestigious music forum TOTARA STREET.
