Indie New School

Australia’s genre bending trio The Grogans are crossing the ditch to treat New Zealand fans in Raglan and Mount Maunganui for two special headline shows. The band will play The Yard in Raglan on Thursday 4 January with special guest George VILLA and Friday 5 January at Totara Street in Mount Maunganui with special guest Grown Downz.

Having just released their fourth studio album ‘Find Me A Cloud’, which is currently Radio One’s Album Of The Week, The Grogans are no strangers to Aotearoa shores, faithfully building their audience in New Zealand playing shows right across the country. Their shows are high octane, full of energy and a safe space for fans to express themselves in a live setting. This run of shows will see songs from the new record such as ‘Hey Ma’am’, ‘Can’t Stand’ and ‘I Cannot Read Your Mind’ paired alongside favourites from their previous records such as ‘Lemon To My Lime’ and ‘Money Will Chase You’.

SUPPORT FROM HOICK:
Forged late 2020 deep in the bowels of Tauranga, New Zealand the band HOICK brews and spews forth their own brand of audio pollution from their cheap K-mart cauldron of riffage. Though developed by nefarious means the groups yield from their riff farm has been inducing the stank face of approval from gig goers across the Island. The three mix fast chaotic punk chordage with sections of slower, heavier more experimental distortion worship. WARNING! the band HOICK has been known to cause 2nd and 5th digits of the hand to erect. Brace thy dome to bang!
