The Big Smoke BBQ Co TOTARA ST Takeover

Join the fun at this momentous flame fuelled occasion! The Big Smoke BBQ Company is set to take down TOTARA ST with a bunch of charcoal cooked treats and slow smoked eats. With entertainment from the infamous McLean Bros, the writing is on the wall for one hell of dinner party.

The star of the night will be the Fifteen Hour Slow Cooked Whole Hog, this will get pulled by the pitmaster himself Mr Mike Jeffries throughout the food service. Next on the list will be the Pit Roasted Chicken Legs rubbed with Big Smokes famous “Mother Clucker Chicken Rub” and accompanied by Blueberry BBQ Sauce. These will be served with mouthwatering salads, a Creamy Southern Slaw and the notoriously tasty Fried Big Smoke Seasoned Potatoes. All of this finished off with a fine sweet treat…

The drinks will be on ice, The McLean Bros will be smashing out some straight up the guts classics, and the scene is set for one seriously smokey ceremony.
